Unfortunately, we don’t have set project prices. Every brief we work on has different requirements which alters the spec of the job. So, once we’ve received the brief – we can give you an indication of the cost and timescale.

Depending on the complexity of the website functionality, it can take anywhere from 2 weeks for a corporate website, 8 weeks for an e-commerce store and up to 1 year for a bespoke custom website platform.

We work with a range of clients – from start up brands through to large global organisations. There is no job too big or too small, our mindset is that we want to work with clients of the same vision.

That’s no problem at all. There are various different options so please contact us so that we can discuss the best configuration for you.

You will be able to update your website using our content management system. However if you need something more involved or don’t have time then we will make any updates required for a charge. We will agree every support task with you upfront so that you understand exactly what is involved.

There are two main ongoing costs to keep your website live on the Internet:

  • Hosting: Every website on the Internet needs to be ”hosted” on a server somewhere. It’s like paying a monthly “rent” for your website to “live” on the Internet. Without it, your website would not exist. Hosting and website management will be charged per month or per year. Our fee includes hosting, editing access and ongoing support.
  • Domain Name Renewal: Each year, your domain name will require renewal. If we purchased this on your behalf, we will simply renew it for you at cost each year.

Across the world, we are all facing challenging times and uncertainty due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Our thoughts are with all who are affected, either directly or indirectly, as a result of the global pandemic.

As a business, we have undertaken various steps to ensure we are protecting our staff while minimising the disruption to our core business and services. All our staff are now working from home, in-line with the latest UK Government guidance and have been self-isolating since early March – as may have been required.

As an employer, we are proud that all of our staff have had the ability to remote work for many years and we already have the infrastructure in place for all staff members to work from home at full capacity; we do this already most evenings and weekends.

As our business is online and our services run out of UK data centres, our day-to-day operations, support and services remain un-impacted, and everything will continue to run as usual; remote working does not affect our business operations.

Our staff are central to everything that we do at Kappanet; the outstanding level of support we are renowned for depends on the ability of our highly skilled and committed customer-focused team. Should there be any expected impact to our support then we will let our customers know, but we don’t expect this to be the case. We will, of course, continue to review our operations in line with the UK Government guidance.
